“What if I fall? Oh, but my darling, what if you fly?”—Erin Hanson
I eat my steak medium-rare, drink my wine red, love sour desserts and live life with a little spice.
I talk about True Health and having a good balance in life.
My mission is to inspire you to look and feel great, have the most amazing relationship with your kids, partner, family and yourself, as well as break free from the rat race and live life of your dreams with no financial restrictions.
Look and feel fabulous every day!
But here is my story…
I was the top student in high school. And I was taught that if I study well, get into college, get a good degree, I will have a good job and live happily ever after.
But it doesn’t work like that, does it?
It took me ten years to get my Hons BA degree in Business Management. And not because I wasn’t smart enough or hard-working, but life has its own plan
I fell in love and left my country, changed three different universities until I finally found what I thought was ‘my thing’.
I had a young family – a toddler as well as a baby when I was finishing my degree. I worked full time, studied and was raising a young family.
I was sure I was getting to places in life; I had a vision! And I am very driven when I have one!
As a graduate with a Hons BA degree, I did the internship and worked for free for six months to prove my capabilities and to get a well-paid job. And I did.
But what I realised a year or two later? There is no big money there; there is no further opportunities or any opportunity to earn more means you need to work more!
I hardly had time for my family as it was! My kids were growing up; I was working late, working weekends and missing out on so much! And when my 6-year old son asked me one day: ‘Mummy, how come you are always working when we are off?’ It moved me to tears…
Life was making all unexpected turns and detours for me to get me on the right track (so I believe).
And here I am. I found what’s true to me. I discovered my passion and purpose. I want to share True Health.
“Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world usually do.”—Steve Jobs
As far as I remember, I was always looking to make a difference in the world.
I always look up to people such as Steve Jobs, Ilan Musk, Tony Robbins, Tim Ferris, Richard Branson, Seth Godin, Aubrey Marcus and many more (I can provide a list for whomever ones 😉 )
My other big passion is self-development and personal growth. Through tools such as courses (e.g. The Landmark Forum), books (e.g. ‘Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’, ‘Compound Effect’, ‘Magic of Thinking Big’, ‘The One Thing’, ‘The Miracle Morning’), podcasts (e.g. Tim Ferris Show, Aubrey Marcus Podcasts, The Joe Rogan Experience). I always strive to improve myself – be a better person, a better father, a better human being.
Besides trying to improve myself, I really want to share and encourage other people to take on their personal development, growth and inner state. I share the techniques and practises that work for me, people that I follow and books that had an impact on my life.
I strongly agree with what Steve Jobs said ‘only people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.’
I love my life, and I love what I do. But it wasn’t always like that.
It all started seven years ago. I was working at the call centre. I used to ring people and collect on defaulted credit card accounts. I hated my job.
I remember walking into the office and strolling down the aisle dragging my feet. I could feel this soft green, dirty carpet underneath me. I wanted to leave but never had courage. And one day and had an opportunity to move on and I took it. I went. After all, I was so excited because I always wanted to start my own business. And I thought I’ll start my business I’ll be rich and happy, and the only problem I’ll have is to decide where my private island will be. And everything will be like in movies.
I always wanted to be an entrepreneur, so I could be successful, give more to my family, especial my beautiful wife. But if I’m honest, what I really wanted was to prove to the world and myself that I can do it. That I can be successful. I just wanted to be like those that I admired Richard Brandon, and Steve Jobs and Bill Gates). I just wanted to be one of them. I just wanted to be cool.

True Health Secrets with Agne & Ej
We were each working between 45 to 60 hours per week helping other people reach their goals, while we were struggling to pay our own bills.
Starting our life together at the age of 21 & 23, being very independent and earning our own way up without financial help and support from anyone else, we knew we needed more. We wanted to make our lives better, not only for us, but for our beautiful young family at the time and our future.
Having big aspirations and lots of drive, collectively and individually we unsuccessfully started 5 different businesses in the last 15 years.
We finally got introduced to Network Marketing and Agne started her journey with Enagic. Slow and steady.
Nevertheless, our traditional business was dragging us down. The more energy we put in the traditional business, the more money we managed to raise, the more bills we received. Not to mention all the dealings with staff, suppliers, breaking down equipment and much more. It was a never ending cycle.
In quite a few occasions our Enagic business had to financially support our traditional business. We were juggling 2 businesses at the same time, investing most earning from our Network Marketing business to support, pay bills and salaries at our traditional business, we were still way behind… we got to see very quickly that to earn more we needed to put in even more of our own time, effort and labour to keep the traditional business going. We got behind with our personal bills. Our home was at risk, we were continuously receiving threatening letters and calls advising that electricity will be turned off, car will be taken off and so on.
Our Network Marketing business with Enagic gave an opportunity for us to have a business with no Staff, no Stock and No Premises. We had to close down our traditional business and take that leap.
We now have the freedom and the flexibility we always wanted. We have time for our kids. We don’t miss any of their big events, performances and parties. We have time for each other. And we keep growing daily. We keep working on our dreams.
We are passionate about the healthy body, healthy mind and healthy finances.
Is it always easy? Definitely not! But it’s simple and it’s so worth it!
We want people to see what’s possible. We want everyone to breakthrough the way we did…
It is possible…
